Blended Learning Experience

Blended Learning ExperienceCEA HSRC consultative experts incorporate engaging and effective knowledge gain reinforcement processes, blending traditional live training, web based on demand training, table top exercises, and customized broadcasted updates that compliment and extend the subject matter and lessons learned in a real time format. Harnessing the interactive and borderless reach of on demand web training and web based table top exercises, the training programs are robust, versatile and easily accessible for the county leaders.

Supplemental live training and live table top exercises are conducted on the regional or local venue. These regional or local sessions are also useful for fostering interaction and capacity building among and between county leaders and their constituencies within their jurisdictions.

  • Crisis Management Skills
  • Consequence Management
  • Technical Elements Relating to the Encyclopedia of incidents including Communication Strategies, Mutual Aid Agreements, Response Strategies, and Recovery.

These programs address high priority national homeland security training needs that focus on the prevention of, protection against, responding to and recovering from national risks posed by man, nature and technology. The CEA HSRC blended learning experience provides participants with the best methods for obtaining, retaining and managing the important knowledge that may be relied upon during times of crisis or need.
