Catastrophic WMD events and major natural disasters require executive decision-making under conditions of high stress and uncertainty. County government leaders must have sufficient background information, knowledge of the issues and actionable options relating to these types of events to effectively perform as leaders.
Training and information content in the CEA HSRC programs address professional leadership, policies, laws, authorities, plans, regulations and best practices as an encyclopedia of incidents and relevant issues concerning prevention, preparedness, response, crisis management and recovery.
