Mr. Goldenberg is recognized worldwide as a trusted, objective advisor dedicated to helping clients in industry, government, not-for-profits and academia achieve high performance in the face of a wide range of complex, destabilizing challenges. Firmly grounded in public safety and homeland security preparedness, Mr. Goldenberg has held senior level positions in undercover, intelligence led policing. Mr. Goldenberg’s extensive experience includes groundbreaking work in corporate compliance, conflict resolution and combating bias and hate crime. 

In the early 1990s, Mr. Goldenberg was appointed by the Governor of New Jersey to lead the first, full-time State Attorney General’s Hate Crimes Division in the United States. This program served as the prototype for similar bias and hate crime programs now operating throughout the United States and was adapted for use in Canada and many countries across Europe and Asia. He has received many honors from an array of community organizations in addition to distinguished service awards. Mr. Goldenberg has appeared in many print and broadcast media as an expert on a wide range of topics and is recognized as one of the country’s foremost leaders on public and private sector capacity building.

Other credits include directing and revitalizing the nation’s 5th largest Human Services Department during his tenure as a County Commissioner of Essex County, N.J., co-authoring the Bias and Hate Crime Definition adopted by all 56 nations of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and serving currently as the Director of Europe's Human Rights Law Enforcement Transition Program. Paul also serves as the Board Chair for TWL and serves as Chairman of the Board of Advisors for the Homeland One initiative for TWL.
