On-Site Training
County leaders must understand and manage how their county governments interact with federal agencies, local responders, health care providers, private infrastructure custodians and non-profit organizations in order to coordinate local preparedness, response and recovery efforts during a time of crisis or need. Clarity of command and consistency with actions can determine the outcome in the event of a natural disaster or man originated catastrophe.
The on site repertoire of leadership programs produced by the CEA HSRC features a unique composite of blended learning methods, including facilitated training and table top exercises. These programs enable county government leaders to acquire and update their knowledge of issues and actionable options.
The following customizable training programs are available through several on-site, facilitator led programs.
