Basic Level vs Advanced Level PULSE Courses

Thank you for your emails and comments regarding the skill level of our PULSE programs. We value your opinions and we listen when you speak.

We have customers on both sides of this fence and our goal is to provide the best possible EMS training for all skill levels.

We understand that our majority audience is Basic level, and that’s where our focus remains. However, in an effort to provide training for our Advanced level customers as well, we committed to produce two Advanced level courses during 2006 (Neonatal Resuscitation and Altered Mental Status) and one for 2007 (Acute Cardiogenic Pulmonary Edema). The information contained in these three programs will benefit all skill levels, but the CEHs will only apply to Advanced level.

Our commitment is to you, our customer, and our goal is to make sure that every EMS Responder is equipped with the knowledge needed to perform their job accurately and safely.

Thank you again for taking the time to voice your opinions to us. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
