FETN Shorts

I hope you have had the opportunity to see "FETN Shorts", our new training productions on FETN. These programs are currently available via satellite broadcast only and are aired several times throughout the day. "FETN Shorts" feature compact microbursts of excellent information from some of the best experts and leaders in our profession.

Retired Chief of Phoenix Fire Department, Alan Brunacini, shares his experiences on customer service, leadership, and fire ground command; Dr. Gene Gandy supplies answers to some of those nagging critical HIPAA questions that have been bugging you; Marsha Upson presents some astounding information on health matters and how to lose weight the natural way. Coming soon, Chief Tim Mock of Richardson, Texas Fire Department demonstrates a different knot review each month so that when we're in a time sensitive situation and need to use rope for whatever reason, we don't try to remember what we learned years ago about what knot to tie or use, it's skill that is practiced, fresh, and automatic.

These short programs, on an average less than five minutes, are a great supplement to our monthly regular training programs and offer your personnel quick bites of critical information that will enhance our effectiveness and efficiency in the job we do. So, if you haven't already done so, check out "FETN Shorts", I know you'll love them!
