On August 21, 2007, FETN's Internet design team launched a new
and improved FETN Web site. Customers to this site will notice
a remarkable change to the design, layout and ease of navigating
through this new site. Whether you are a Training Administrator
in need of a course lesson plan, a participant in PRIMEnet™ (FETN's
learning management system), an EMS Professional searching for
your state's course approval number, or a visitor who is seeking
additional information on how FETN can accommodate your training
needs, www.fetn.com is now your single source to get you the information
you need when you need it.
You have probably noticed that the FETN Daily News is now available
on our Web site. Now you can even have it at your department's
Web site by using the "rss feed" (rss stands for "Really
Simple Syndication"). If you are interested, send us an e-mail
at fetnnewsletter@twlk.com
and we'll be happy to forward you the instructions. This is another
way of having news, stories and information specific to the fire
and EMS community available to you when you need it.
Another change we made to our Web site is that we have a new "Training
Administrator" section that allows the Training Officer who
subscribes to FETN to login and gain access to additional resources
including collateral materials. PRIMEnet users can continue
to login to PRIMEnet for the training and testing you need.
I encourage you to take a moment and browse the Web site. We are
interested in your feedback and please let us know if there is
anything we can do to better serve you and your department.
Stay Safe,
Phil Norris
