A satellite subscription is the most comprehensive training service offered by FETN. We install a satellite dish at your facility and deliver 24 hours of timely, relevant training and news seven days a week!
Receive late-breaking news through our affiliation with CNN and get program guides, lesson plans and testing materials sent to you every month on convenient CD-ROM instructor discs.
Our FETN satellite subscription service will air the following programs:
- American Heat: Incident-based real life training meeting NFPA standards. American Heat brings personal frontline experience to the people who need it most.
- Firefighting I and II: These training programs combine hands-on demonstration with technical instruction that reinforce essential firefighting skills and fire ground safety. They are also in compliance with NFPA and OSHA standards.
- HazMat and Technical Rescue: We help your department meet the federally-mandated training requirements and reinforce standards for awareness, operations, technician and incident command training.
- PULSE - Emergency Medical Update: Broad-based courses for both basic and advanced levels. Our incident-based training programs are CECBEMS approved and some are valid for CNE credit.
- Daily News: Through our affiliation with CNN, FETN is the only training service that can bring you news and information specific to the fire and EMS community. Our hourly news blocks keep you current and up-to-date on the legislative and political news affecting your department and community.
