Human Resource Interface System (HRIS) Integration
Company resources can sometimes become over tasked with manual user updates to the Learning Management System (LMS), leading to outdated and out of sync records. As a solution, TWL Industrial offers a Human Resource Interface System (HRIS) Integration Service. Updating employee data through the use of HRIS integration allows for information to be updated to the LMS via a daily, automated feed. This data is extracted from the client’s HRIS system, and pushed to the LMS, thereby keeping records in sync and reducing your human resources’ system administration load.
