The evaluation stage is the final step in the PRIMEed process. This is where you determine if an employee can actually apply what they have learned. A college instructor or an experienced professional at your company will oversee the evaluation, and upon successful completion, will validate the employee’s hands-on skills. A library-specific equipment list is provided as a guide for setting up the hands-on labs. In addition, the evaluator is provided with Evaluation Forms, Answer Sheets and Answer Keys, while the employee is given the appropriate Evaluation Instructions to navigate the evaluation.
