Proxy Servers and Firewalls
The following is a recap of the current server addresses for TWL Knowledge Group's Learning Management System (LMS). These addresses may be helpful to you when configuring your proxy servers or firewalls. Customers using a Proxy Server for firewall or bandwidth enhancement have often solved their problems by setting these hosts to "not cache" in the Proxy Server.

In general, the above addresses will be linked from a login page that resides on a product-specific front-end. The front-end login pages are static and shouldn't present proxy issues. If you wish to add the address of your front-end site to the proxy cache exclusion, try a DNS lookup on your particular site address, such as www.pwpl.com, www.btcc.com, www.fgsti.com, etc. Once you pass your login screen, you will be handed off to the LMS and CDS servers above.
For firewall port access concerns, the following represents the ports that TWL Knowledge Group uses.
tcp 20 (FTP-data)
tcp 21 (FTP)
tcp 80 (WWW)
tcp 443 (http over SSL)
tcp 1564 (RealPlayer/MS Media Player streaming)
