Our Essentials of Leadership Series trains industrial supervisors on effective managerial skills. An Embedded Learning Activity from the "PROBLEM SOLVING" unit in the Essentials of Leadership Series CD-ROM Library.
This leadership series, comprised of eight programs is available online, CD-ROM and videotape formats, the series uses on-the-job situations to solidify key concepts. Topics range from the fundamentals of effective management to more complex issues like managing work teams and maintaining discipline.
