The Customer Care Center is responsible for handling inbound calls to assist customers with placing orders for products, technical troubleshooting, and product delivery-related issues.

Our call center handles an average of 5,000 calls each month from TWL Knowledge Group's more than 8,000 subscribers of both satellite and videotape networks. Each Customer Care Advocate is responsible for responding to all types of questions from internal as well as external customers.

The Customer Care Center is staffed 7:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
