Campus Security 

This dynamic program comes complete with instructional objectives, lesson summaries, plus POST tests for each training module.

About the instructor: Rick Fiems is assistant professor of Law Enforcement at Black Hawk College in Moline, Illinois. He is also the Chief of Public at the school. Fiems served as Chief of Police in Port Byron, Illinois from 1978-1981. He has written and developed several training programs during his law enforcement career including an 80- hour basic training course for Illinois reserve and part-time police officers, a 200-hour basic training course for Rock Island Arsenal Police and a 40- hour course for inspector at the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
