Academy

Certificates of completion are provided to individual security officers, supervisors and training administrators who successfully complete a prescribed course of study. A record of the certificate is maintained in the PSTN Academy database, and recap information is available to subscribers upon request. The services of the PSTN Academy are provided at no additional charge to our subscribers.

Using the PSTN Academy is easy. Viewers wishing to receive a certificate are asked to watch the designated programs and take the accompanying written exams. Those passing the exams with a score of 70 percent or higher are eligible for a certificate. The PSTN coordinator at your facility grades the exam, completes a simple form and submits it to the PSTN Academy. Certificates are sent to the PSTN coordinator for signature by the security director or trainer, and distribution to the recipients.
