This program examines the importance of a good report, types of reports, elements of a report, creating reports, creating the outline, and correcting errors in reports.
Module #3 - Legal Issues for Healthcare Security Officers
This training program provides the security officer with a basic knowledge of the law and its applications to the security industry. Learn about types of crimes, probable cause, process of arrest, use of force, searches, interviews and common intentional torts and their definitions.
Module #4 - Aggressive Behavior Management
After watching this program, the healthcare security officer will have a better understanding of the following: dealing with personal crises in the healthcare setting, gaining more confidence in dealing with crises, handling violent situations and increasing your impact on your institution. This program reviews the basics of aggressive behavior management, personal space, protective stance and the stages of aggression.
