 Bill Buchanan joined TWL Knowledge group in December of 1989 when it was known as Westcott Communications. He came on board as a Director/Editor and played that role until May of 1991 when he took over Production Operations.
He saw that group grow to over seventy full time employees in support of the production needs of the company.
In 1999 he was promoted to Director of Operations and began to focus on the broader functions of the company. He also took over operations of the NOC group, Duplication, Distribution/Fulfillment and Asset Storage/Tracking.
In 2007 he was promoted to VP of Operations and continues to focus on the strategic initiatives of the company from an operational perspective.
Bill is a 1979 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a BA in Mass Communications. Prior to joining TWL he was previously Director of Creative Services for several TV stations and video production companies in the south east.
