Content Development

TWL Knowledge Group produces over 200 hours of new content each month. The production process begins with the development of content curriculums by the Market Manager, Director of Education and Advisory Boards within each of the company's market segments. The programming and production teams and affiliated experts have significant experience in and knowledge of their selected markets. The programming staff writes, formats and produces programs to meet specific audience needs. These teams handle production schedules, contracts, outlines, synopsis and field/studio/web production.

The programming teams work closely with personnel in other departments including Production, Printing, Videotape Distribution, Network Operations Control and Interactive Education Systems to ensure the completion of product to their customers. The producers specialize in the area of instructional design and transformation of hands- on instruction in the classroom or seminar into focused, high-quality video/CD- ROM/web presentations, complete with syllabi, tests and other appropriate collateral materials.

Program formats include live broadcasts, news, documentary style, film style, role plays, teleconferences, CD-ROM, Computer Based Training and Web-based courses just to name a few.
