Meet Our New Management Team:
|
Norman A. Willox, Jr. — Norman Willox is the Chief Executive Officer of the new company, responsible for strategic growth and development. He has spent the past 25 years managing information businesses in risk markets, most recently as the CEO of LexisNexis Group and Chairman of LexisNexis Special Services. Willox currently serves as a board member with LexisNexis, the International Fraud Symposium, and the Economic Crime Institute, and is Chairman of the National Fraud Center.
Willox is a trusted resource to national and international law enforcement organizations on topics like fraud, identification authentication and privacy. He has also spoken frequently to the media on these subjects and published articles, studies and reports in leading trade publications. Willox has formal law enforcement and professional training credits and received his Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from West Chester University.
Thomas M. Regan, Esq. — Thomas Regan is Executive Vice President and General Counsel and oversees the company’s legal affairs. He has spent the past 30 years working with law enforcement and fire officials as a business lawyer, focusing on the information industry.
He previously served as the Executive Director for Privacy and Regulatory Affairs at LexisNexis, where he oversaw the company’s government information policy, government affairs and business development. Prior to that, he was a Senior Member at the law firm Cozen O’Connor and an Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and a graduate of Villanova University and the Temple University School of Law.
James P. Kerins, III — James Kerins is the CIO & Executive VP of Sales and Marketing. He is an information solutions executive with over 20 years of experience in developing and delivering technical solutions to large corporations, system integrators and government officials. Prior to joining this venture, Kerins was the Senior VP and CIO of LexisNexis Group’s Information Solutions division. Kerins has a Master’s of Science in Economic Crime Management from Utica College.
David E. Willox — Dave Willox is the Executive VP of Production and Operations for the new company. Willox is an award-winning television professional with more than 15 years of experience working on nationally recognized shows such as Dateline NBC, ABC 20/20 and The Today Show. Willox also has co-executive produced a national cable series and worked on production projects with Fortune 500 companies.
Patrick Quinn — Patrick Quinn is the CFO and brings over 25 years of executive experience in finance and information technology to the organization. Previously, he was the CFO for TWL Corporation where he managed accounting, budgeting, external auditing, financial modeling, SEC reporting, private debt/equity offerings and investor relations. Quinn previously worked for Primedia’s Workplace Learning division as the CFO before its acquisition by TWL.
Lonny Wilder – Lonny Wilder is Vice President of Government Solutions for the new management group. He leads Homeland One™. - Public Safety Group that includes the Law Enforcement Training Network (LETN), the Fire and Emergency Training Network (FETN) and the Professional Security Training Network (PSTN). Wilder has 35 years of experience in Broadcast and Communications, Government Relations, Business Development, Marketing and Public Affairs. Lonny was formerly Executive Producer, Writer/Producer, and News Anchor/Reporter for two ABC affiliates in Texas and CBS News in New York.
Olive Talley – Olive Talley is Vice President of Communications and Production. She is an award-winning producer and reporter whose career has spanned radio, wires, newspapers and network television, including Dateline NBC and ABC’s Prime Time Live in New York. She is a two-time Emmy nominee and Du-Pont Columbia award winner for her network pieces. As a print reporter, she was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in Investigative Reporting and numerous other awards. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and attended Harvard University as a Nieman fellow.
